Omnisports HPL

Multiple Builds for Maximum Performance

Omnisports HPL is resilient sports flooring that has the strength of vulcanized rubber with the look of a maple hardwood court. It is designed for sports areas that may also have heavy bleachers and/or heavy equipment. Omnisports HPL’s high-density base mat is available in 5 mm, and 7 mm thicknesses. It has an easy-to-clean surface, a high-density underlayment for point loads up to 500 psi, Class 1 and Class 2 shock absorption, and a variety of wood grain patterns and solid colors.

Key Features

Toughness with Style:
Omnisports HPL can tolerate static and rolling loads as well as any vulcanized rubber surface, up to 500 psi. The difference is that Omnisports HPL does it without sacrificing the look of a hardwood court.

Sports Performance:
Omnisports HPL is constructed to withstand high point loads and rolling loads, but at the same time, depending on base mat thickness, it provides Class 1 and Class 2 shock absorption and meets all the requirements of ball rebound, vertical deformation, and surface finish effect outlined in the ASTM F2772 standard.

Easy maintenance:
The embossed surface of Omnisports HPL provides a unique texture that doesn’t trap dirt, reducing the need for cleaning and saving on maintenance costs.

Phthalate-Free Manufacturing:
The surface layer of Omnisports HPL (Compact 2.0 mm) is manufactured with phthalate-free technology. The components used to produce Compact 2.0 mm are the same materials approved for food containers and children’s toys that can be placed in the mouth.

Comprehensive Warranty Protection:
Omnisports HPL is backed by a 15-year product and wear warranty plus a 15-year warranty for moisture tolerance, representing the highest level of coverage in the industry.

Material Highlights

1 – Performance Protection: Omnisports’ TopClean xp™ surface treatment provides easy maintenance with no stripping; protection against scratches and easy removal of sole marks; and optimal surface friction for safety.

2 – Compact 2.0 mm Surface: Compact 2.0 mm is the Omnisports surface without the cushioned backing. It has multiple PVC layers, a fiberglass mesh, and matching colors and patterns to other Omnisports floors.

3 – Time-Saving Pore Sealer: Omnisports HPL’s base layer has a preapplied pore sealer, which would otherwise be applied on site. This saves installation time and allows uniform adhesion of the surface layer.

4 – High Point Load Protection: Omnisports HPL’s high-density base mat is available in 5 mm, and 7 mm thicknesses. Omnisports HPL’s high-density 5mm base mat provides Class 1 shock absorption, while Omnisports HPL’s high-density 7mm base mat provides Class 2 shock absorption. Both options can withstand point loads as high as 500 psi.
